Job summary

Urban Property Management Limited is seeking an entry-level Property Management Assistant in Hong Kong. The candidate must have Primary 5 education, 1 year of experience, fluent Cantonese, fair Putonghua, and the ability to read and write Chinese as well as basic English.

A Green Card and Electricity Licence A are required. Work hours are 9:00AM-6:00PM, Mon to Sat, with 5-6 working days per week and 13 days of annual leave plus medical benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• Fluent Cantonese and basic English reading/writing.
• Able to read and write Chinese.
