Job summary

Urban Property Management Limited is seeking an Assistant/Senior Property Asset Officer to oversee daily property operations in Hong Kong. You will supervise cleaning, repair and maintenance services and guide junior staff while fostering strong relationships with tenants and clients.

The role requires a post-secondary diploma or certificate, fluent Cantonese, and fair Putonghua and English. Reading and writing Chinese and English is essential, with regular Mon-Sat work and standard office hours.
