Job summary

Fosun International Securities Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Fund Operations Analyst to support end-to-end fund operations, investment operations, cash management, and valuation, while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

You will coordinate with Investment, Legal, Finance and Technology teams, maintain data governance, assist with digital transformation initiatives including AI-enabled tools, and support reporting, documentation, and client servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fund operations, asset management operations, or related roles.
• Foundational knowledge of the fund lifecycle, including investment operations, valuation, cash management, or reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and controls.
• Familiarity with operational systems or data tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, WIND); interest in digital transformation and AI tools encouraged.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with product marketing, distribution channels, or sales support processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fund Operations: assist end-to-end fund setup, investment operations, cash management, valuation, reporting, and investor servicing.
• Policy & Control Adherence: follow established policies, SOPs, and internal controls; support risk monitoring.
• Process Execution & Coordination: execute workflows and coordinate with Investment, Legal, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Systems & Data Support: maintain operational systems, support data governance, and participate in digital transformation projects.
• Reporting & Documentation: prepare regular operational reports and maintain documentation; support ad-hoc analyses.
• Team Collaboration & Development: work with the team to build operational expertise in a high-performing environment.
• Product Operations: manage onboarding, series setup, pricing configuration, data upkeep, and documentation.
• Sales Support: act as a key contact for internal sales/distribution, support due diligence, pitches, onboarding, and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Fund Operations Support Assist in end-to-end fund operational activities, including fund setup, investment operations, cash management, valuation, reporting, and investor servicing.
• 2. Policy & Control Adherence Follow established operational policies, standard operating procedures, and internal controls. Support operational risk management by assisting with monitoring and review tasks.
• 3. Process Execution & Coordination Execute standardized workflows and coordinate with internal teams—such as Investment, Legal, Finance, and Technology—to ensure smooth operational support.
• 4. Systems & Data Support Assist in maintaining operational systems and supporting data governance initiatives. Participate in digital transformation projects, including the implementation of new platforms or AI-enabled tools.
• 5. Reporting & Documentation Prepare regular operational reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• 6. Team Collaboration & Development Collaborate with team members to build operational expertise and contribute to a high-performing, execution-focused team environment.
• 7. Product Operations Support the day-to-day operation of the firm's product range, including product onboarding, series set-up and maintenance, fee and pricing configuration, and product data upkeep. Assist with valuation-related operational tasks and ensure product documentation, term sheets, and reference data are accurate, complete, and up to date. Participate in product reviews and ad-hoc analysis to support business and distribution decisions.
• 8. Sales Support Serve as a key point of contact for internal sales, distribution, and relationship teams, providing timely and accurate product information and responding to day-to-day queries. Support client due diligence, pitch and marketing materials, investor onboarding, and transaction execution. Coordinate with Investment, Legal, Finance, and Technology to ensure client and investor requests are handled promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in fund operations, asset management operations, or related roles within asset managers, fund administrators, or financial institutions.
• Foundational Knowledge: Basic understanding of the fund lifecycle, including investment operations, valuation, cash management, product set-up, or reporting.
• Process Orientation: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and controls accurately.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with operational systems or data tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, WIND) is a plus. Interest in digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions is desirable.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
• Commercial Exposure: Familiarity with product marketing, distribution channels, or sales support processes is a plus.
