ConnectedGroup in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Operations Associate with 8-10+ years in investment operations or fund administration to oversee outsourced services for the Asia region. You will drive service quality, manage operational risk, and partner with Trading, Fund Management and Client Management to ensure reliable client service delivery.

The role requires strong governance, incident management, and stakeholder leadership across regional and global forums, including ETF and valuation

Qualificações

• 8-10+ years in Investment Operations or Fund Administration.
• Proven experience overseeing outsourced operating models and third-party performance.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, cash management, reconciliations and settlements.
• Experience servicing institutional clients and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong operational risk, governance and incident-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee outsourced service providers across Middle Office, Fund Operations and Client Servicing, ensuring delivery meets SLAs.
• Serve as primary escalation point for operational issues and client-impacting incidents.
• Partner with Client Management, Trading and Fund Management to support Asia client service delivery.
• Build relationships with Distribution, Client Teams and Investments to support enquiries and service delivery.
• Represent Hong Kong Operations in internal/external forums and governance bodies.
• Monitor KPIs and SLA reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead root-cause analysis and remediation of incidents; implement sustainable solutions.
