A leading consumer company in Hong Kong seeks a Business Development Manager to grow Asia distribution across key Southeast Asian markets and protect brand integrity. You will elaborate strategies, manage distributor relationships, and drive sales with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a college degree and at least 3 years in business development or FMCG, with English fluency and strong negotiation plus analytical skills. Putonghua is a plus and EC knowledge is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• College degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of business development and account management experience in consumer products and /or FMCG, including overseas customers.
• EC business knowledge is preferred.
• Experienced in sales with knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Distributor Management - Develop and maintain rapport with distributors and downstream customers to maximize growth; negotiate annual sales budgets and monitor performance.
• Marketing - Position the brand and products to drive volume and profit; coordinate with partners and internal teams on plans and promotions.
• Distribution Development - Develop business across channels, including general trade, modern trade, EC, corporate, travel retail, etc.; launch new products in existing and new channels.
• Market Development - Analyze market and competitors; adjust strategy based on environment and consumer behavior; protect brand equity and report on competitive landscape.
