Job summary

Nova Management Consultants (Asia) Limited, on behalf of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, seeks Arts Scheme Support Officer(s) to provide admin and arts management support from Oct 2026 to Sep 2027 in Hong Kong. Responsibilities include processing grant applications, promoting schemes, and monitoring funded projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Chinese and English, and at least three years of relevant full-time experience in arts programming or venue management in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• At least three years’ post-qualification full-time work experience, with two years in programme or venue management in the arts.
• Knowledge in arts, programme planning, administration, budgeting and marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing; knowledge of Adobe software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing applications for the Arts Capacity Development Funding Scheme and Art Development Matching Grants Scheme, including vetting and drafting summaries.
• Assist in promotion of schemes, including digital marketing and editing publicity materials.
• Assist in administration of grants, drafting agreements, monitoring performance and disbursement of funds.
• Mature, helpful, pleasant and independent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Attend to responsibilities to ensure smooth operation of Secretariat activities.
