Job summary

Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd. is seeking an Outreach Officer to support planning and delivery of education and outreach activities during the HK Arts Festival.

The role includes coordinating school tours, demonstrations, workshops and other arts appreciation programmes. The successful candidate will produce educational materials, assist with promotions, manage budgeting and reporting, and work evenings/weekends during festival periods.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder with 3+ years relevant working experience.
• Meticulous, dedicated, detail-minded and well organized.
• Strong project management, data analytical and communication skills.
• Passionate in performing arts.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outreach Manager in coordinating outreach productions and activities, including school tours, lecture demonstrations, workshops and other arts appreciation programmes.
• Produce educational materials, including website content, videos and appreciation guides.
• Assist in the promotion of the projects through online and printed materials.
• Manage project budgeting, administration and reporting.
• The role requires working on evenings and weekends during the HK Arts Festival and programme / project periods.
