Job summary

The Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council 鄰舍輔導會 is seeking a multimedia designer to lead microfilm and creative arts projects from planning to delivery. You will train a cross-service team, manage content creation for social media, and coordinate community projects with schools and partners in Hong Kong.

You will work hands-on with DSLR cameras for video shooting and editing, and support live streaming and podcast setups, ensuring high-quality visual communication across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years NGO experience with youth.
• Open-minded, analytical, self-disciplined and eager to learn.
• Experience conducting qualitative research preferred.
• Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management.
• A hands-on role in HK's standardized repair network.
• Valuable experience in business transformation.
• Empathy and collaborative mindset.
• Experience in fit-out projects is a MUST.
