Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Current enrollment in a relevant degree programme.
• Experience in webpage content management, social media management, or promotional/publicity work is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and basic image/video editing tools.
• Experience in photography, graphic design, multimedia production, or video editing is advantageous.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; self-motivated and deadline-driven.

• Upload and manage project-related publicity materials, news updates, and multimedia content on the webpage;
• Produce and edit short video clips of project activities and events for promotion, dissemination, and engagement through the project webpage and other project communication channels.
• A recognized bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Information Technology, or related disciplines, or current enrollment in a relevant degree programme;
• Experience in webpage content management, social media management, or promotional and publicity work will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and basic image processing and video editing tools;
• Experience in photography, graphic design, multimedia production, or video editing will be an advantage;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently and meet deadlines;
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
