Job summary

The Hong Kong Society for Youth Development (香港小童群益會) in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated NGO professional to evaluate services, coordinate projects, and support research and service development. You will manage content creation, social media, and cross-functional teams while building strong partnerships with schools and local partners.

You will contribute to mental health programme delivery, tracking outcomes, and producing promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years NGO experience with youth.
• Hands-on content creation and social media management.
• Experience conducting qualitative research preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Open-minded, self-disciplined, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing services and develop improvement plans.
• Maintain good relationships with serving schools and partners.
• Coordinate projects, operations and administrative support services.
• Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Liaise with partners and support research and service development.
• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of mental health programmes.
• Develop and disseminate promotional and communication materials.
• Lead microfilm and creative arts projects from planning to delivery.
• Deliver media training and build a cross-service creative team.
• Coordinate community projects and track outcomes and reports.
• Assist in leading a team of staff and collaborating with Movement partners.
• Monitor humanitarian crises and disasters and make recommendations.
• Direct exposure to corporate executives and public sector partners.
• Hands-on role in HK's standardized repair network.
• Valuable experience in Business Transformation
• Lead the transformation of a mission-driven charity
