Job summary

Hsin Yieh Architects & Associates Ltd is seeking an Architectural Assistant / Year-Out in Hong Kong. The role covers local public or private projects from design through construction, and includes leading professional staff from concept to build.

Familiarity with local practice and building control systems is essential. The candidate should have a Master’s or degree in Architecture with local experience; strong communication and organization skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese are

Our firm is looking for an Architectural Assistant / Year-Out

Job Duties

Responsible for local public or private projects from design stage to project completion

Responsible taking the lead for professional / technical staffs from conceptual design to construction stage

Familiar with local practice and building control system

Requirement

2 years of post-graduate experience is an advantage

Master degree in Architecture / Degree in Architecture or related disciplines with local experience

Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills

Skillfulin software (CAD, 3D modeling, Adobe, AI)

Knowledge of BIM (Rhino / Revit) and NEC form of Contract is an advantage

Fluent in verbal and written English and Cantonese

Self-motivated, organized and disciplined

Creative, with a sense of functionality and practicality

Good team player
