Job summary

LU TANG LAI ARCHITECTS LTD invites applications for the position of Architect / Architectural Assistant to lead in prestigious residential projects in Hong Kong. A Registered Architect (HKIA) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience is preferred, with less experience considered for Architectural Assistant.

The role requires strong knowledge of local building regulations, preparation of general building plans and construction drawings, and proficiency in contract administration.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect (HKIA) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience; candidates with less experience may be considered as Architectural Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of local building regulations and experience in preparing general building plans and construction drawings.
• Proficient in contract administration and production of construction drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other graphic presentation software.
• Computer skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Illustrator and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead in prestigious residential projects.
• Collaborate with the team for ad hoc assignments.
• Prepare and review general building plans and construction drawings.
• Assist in contract administration and production of construction drawings.

ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

• Registered Architect (HKIA) with min 2 years’ post qualification experience (for the post of Architect). Candidate with less experience will be considered as Architectural Assistant
• Well-versed with local building regulations, preparation of general building plans and construction drawings
• Proficient in contract administration and production of construction drawings
• Work with the team for other ad hoc assignments
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other graphic presentation software
• Computer skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up, Illustrator, InDesign
