DLN, a versatile architectural practice based in Hong Kong, seeks an Architect to join its team and contribute to the design and delivery of complex buildings. You will handle working drawings, CAD tasks, and contract administration across projects while collaborating with BIM specialists.

The ideal candidate holds a Master or Bachelor in architecture, has 2+ years local experience, and is proficient in BIM/Revit. Join a firm operating a 5-day work week with international project exposure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of local practical experience with at least 1 year post HKIA qualification.
• Master or Bachelor degree in architecture studies.

Responsibilities

• Well versed in working details, CAD and/or contract administration of building developments.
• Contribute to design development and documentation on local/international projects.
• Collaborate with BIM modelers and engineers to ensure project accuracy.

Architect

• Well versed in working details, CAD and/or contract administration of building developments


• At least 2 years of local practical experience and with at least 1 year of post HKIA qualification
