Job summary

Vincere, a leading provider of equities trading technology, is seeking a Sales Director to lead growth in North Asia from Hong Kong. You will drive new business across the region, selling EMS/OMS solutions and market access to buy- and sell-side institutions.

You will build senior relationships, manage complex deals, and collaborate with product and pre-sales on tailored client solutions. Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Sales experience within equities trading technology (EMS, OMS, algos, market access or connectivity).
• Strong understanding of APAC equities market structure, including Stock Connect.
• A well established network across the Hong Kong trading community.
• Proven record of closing enterprise deals.
• Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage.

Our client provides equities trading technology including execution, algorithmic trading and market access solutions to institutional clients. They're strengthening their Hong Kong presence and are looking for a Sales Director to lead growth in North Asia.

The Role
You'll drive new business across Hong Kong and the wider region, selling into both sell-side and buyside firms and building senior relationships across equities trading desks.
