EC Healthcare is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive the application development team through end-to-end software delivery. You will define standards, review architectures, and ensure high quality, secure, scalable solutions while guiding the team in AI-assisted development and governance.

Lead initiatives across CI/CD, automated testing, observability and cloud migration, collaborating with PMO and infrastructure teams to meet business priorities and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years in application development with 3+ years in a management position.
• Strong hands-on with Java, Spring, REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and safe, scalable application of AI.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DDD, security standards and cloud deployment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the application development team through full SDLC lifecycle.
• Define standards, best practices, and ensure software quality, maintainability and security.
• Review solution and architecture design and provide technical guidance.
• Drive AI-assisted development adoption and establish governance for AI-generated code.
