Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years software engineering experience, 5+ years leading teams.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary application and platform engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of iOS/Android development and mobile-backend architecture.
• Experience with AI/LLM service integration and SDK products.
• Excellent ownership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own software roadmap and architecture across apps, cloud services, AI integrations, data/analytics, and SDKs/APIs.
• Hire, coach, and develop software engineers and team leads; establish ownership and standards.
• Lead end-to-end software lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.
• Drive technical decisions balancing performance, security, cost, and maintainability.
• Coordinate with Sales, BD, partners; communicate trade-offs and delivery risks.
