Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a proactive Application Support Analyst/Officer to support a high-traffic platform's operation, maintenance, and enhancement. You will provide application and technical support, including system setup, testing, data validation, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will handle reporting, user guidance, and incident resolution, with exposure to MongoDB, AWS, Node.js, RESTful APIs, Linux, and CI/CD environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in application or IT operations support.
• Strong MongoDB query and aggregation skills.
• Experience configuring hardware peripherals and networks.
• Experience with registration systems or onsite support is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Cantonese; Chinese language skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and technical support for the enterprise platform.
• Set up, configure, test, and troubleshoot laptops, iPads, printers, networks, and related equipment.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and event stakeholders on maintenance and readiness.
• Support event logistics, equipment inventory, data reconciliation, and post-event activities.
• Prepare operational and ad-hoc reports; perform data validation and attendance checks.
