Job summary

Chubb External is seeking an IT Operations professional to monitor and maintain its application systems in Hong Kong. The role involves troubleshooting, bug fixes, and handling user queries to keep services stable.

You will perform daily business process jobs, analyze IT issues, gather new requirements, and collaborate with regional teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable IT solutions. Occasional after-hours support may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain application system; troubleshoot, fix bugs, and respond to queries.
• Perform daily business process jobs.
• Analyze issues in IT systems and collect new user requirements.
• Produce functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Coordinate system testing and upgrades with regional team.
• Collaborate with internal Business, IT stakeholders and regional teams to ensure delivery.
• Provide timely status reports and risk assessments to IT management.
• Provide production system support during non-office hours if needed.
