Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited is seeking an Application Support Analyst in a hands-on, office-based role. You will troubleshoot incidents, analyze data, manage changes, and support new services within ITIL-guided governance.

Collaboration with Development, Infrastructure and vendors ensures continuous service improvement and reliable production environments. You will work closely with business units and international clients, leveraging your SQL Server, T-SQL and Oracle

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a relevant business or IT related support role.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills - written and verbal.
• Experience of business analysis, release management and service delivery.
• Understanding of ITIL framework, SDLC and DevOps concepts.
• Good working knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL and/or Oracle DB/Server.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot issues and manage incidents.
• Perform data and system analysis.
• Manage changes and releases into production.
• Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure and external Vendors.
• Maintain and update knowledge bases and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze support enquiries to identify recurring issues and improve processes.
