The role involves handling inquiries from distributors and internal teams, supporting ad hoc projects (requirements, test plans, UAT), and ensuring quality assurance across processes within the company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process policy alterations according to policyowners' instructions within the time frame predefined by the company
• Support ad hoc projects, including preparing user requirements and test plans, and conducting user-acceptance testing (UAT)
• Assist in daily operation monitoring and quality assurance checking
• Handle enquiries from distributors and internal departments
• Handle group life administration matters such as member movement and renewal arrangement
