Job summary

Daikin Airconditioning (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to plan and achieve monthly sales targets, generate new business and build strong rapport with architects, homeowners and consultants.

You will prepare project budgets, quotations and technical specifications, deliver catalogues and engineering data to customers, and provide technical support as needed. A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a customer-focused approach are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong salesmanship and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities:

• Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target
• To generate new customer list with existing customer base
• Create value to customer with Daikin's solution
• Liaise and meet up with customers to generate new sales and provide technical support, as and when required
• Establish and maintain strong rapport with architect/ homeowner/ consultant to promote sales
• Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Sales background with knowledge in air-conditioning industry will be an added advantage
• Strong salesmanship, customer oriented and results-focused
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
