Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Regional Wellbeing Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing data-driven wellbeing strategies for clients in the APAC region, with a focus on Hong Kong. You will manage end-to-end survey projects, analyze diverse data sources, and translate findings into concise recommendations for clients.

The role requires hands-on survey design and analysis, strong data visualization skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts while communicating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of experience in market research, people analytics, health consulting, or a similar role with client deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with survey research and data quality checks.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is advantageous.
• Strong project management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-driven wellbeing strategies and programmes.
• Run end-to-end survey projects including setup, fieldwork, analysis, and presentation of findings.
• Analyze health datasets to inform client recommendations and market insights.
• Create client-ready outputs: charts, summaries, reports, and executive presentations.
• Support client discussions and shape next-step wellness recommendations.
• Own defined project workstreams across multiple client accounts.
