Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a commercially astute and collaborative leader to shape and scale its Wellbeing Solutions across Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, the Head of Wellbeing Solutions APAC will set regional direction, support local teams, and help clients build healthier, more resilient workforces.

The role emphasizes strategic insight, capability building, and delivering data-driven wellbeing programs that connect wellbeing investment to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in wellbeing, health, employee benefits or related advisory.
• Strong regional mindset across APAC markets.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and influence revenue outcomes.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the APAC wellbeing strategy aligned to global priorities.
• Act as regional connector, guiding country wellbeing teams.
• Partner with regional leaders to identify growth opportunities and client retention.
• Work with partnerships team on third-party vendor solutions for clients.
• Support procurement of financing mechanisms to back wellbeing programs.
• Design scalable wellbeing propositions and delivery methods for APAC.
• Provide market insights linking wellbeing to resilience and productivity.
• Represent Aon as a credible wellbeing thought leader.
