Job summary

Aon Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Consultant for the PathWise Program Manager role. You will support actuarial modelling, technology transformation, and PoC delivery across APAC, coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders to enable scalable PathWise solutions.

The role involves business development, pre-sales support, and contributing to client proposals, with responsibility for governance and successful transition to business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in life insurance, consulting, or actuarial transformation.
• Experience leading complex change programmes involving actuarial, finance, modelling, data, or technology teams.
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage workstream delivery with risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support growth initiatives across the APAC market.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, PoCs, and client solution demonstrations.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and client materials.
• Develop relationships with actuarial, IT and finance stakeholders.
• Assist in developing SOWs and contracting activities.
• Collaborate with actuarial, technology, and consulting teams.
• Act as trusted advisor during client engagements.
• Oversee PathWise implementation and PoC projects, including planning and transition to BAU.
