Job summary

The Sui Foundation is looking for an APAC Community Lead to grow and energize the Sui ecosystem across Asia-Pacific. You will design programs and events, engage across Discord, Telegram, X, and forums, and act as the voice of the community to inform product and marketing teams.

You should have 3–5 years in community operation, native Mandarin, fluent English, and deep Web3 knowledge. This role requires proactive collaboration with product, marketing and engineering in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in community operations or management.
• Native Mandarin speaker; fluent English communication.
• Strong Web3 understanding and community dynamics.
• Experience planning online and offline events.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage APAC community programs and events.
• Manage engagement across Discord, Telegram, X and forums.
• Build and maintain relationships with core community members and builders.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and distribute content calendars.
• Provide data-driven insights and report community health metrics.
