Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Hong Kong seeks a Vice President for the Wealth Management KYC Periodic Renewal team to manage KYC for APAC clients. You will lead a high-performance team ensuring AML/KYC policies are followed and partners across business units are engaged.

The role emphasizes risk management, process improvement, and collaboration with Compliance, Technology and Banking teams to uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• 8+ years of KYC/AML experience with regulatory understanding.
• Ability to work in team and self-starter with minimal oversight.
• Strong client management, leadership and stakeholder handling.
• Solid research and analytical skills; assess client risk/controls.
• Experience challenging processes and driving change.
• Fluency in written/spoken Mandarin or Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team’s pipeline and performance against key metrics and SLAs.
• Provide SME guidance; drive problem solving per guidelines, policies, and insights.
• Cultivate strong teamwork and client focus across stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for the team.
• Lead cross-functional dialogues with partners to advance work, improve processes, and compliance.
• Lead change initiatives to simplify workflows and strengthen controls.
