Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years in AML or Know Your Customer policy, operations, compliance, risk, or audit within regulated environments.
• Advanced policy expertise and ability to translate regulatory change into requirements.
• Strong writing and verbal communication to influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and ownership with cross‑team delivery under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret changes in APAC AML and Know Your Customer regulations and guidance.
• Lead and contribute to policy change management to ensure requirements are clear, accurate, and implementable.
• Assess impacts of regulatory and policy changes on policy and operations, and drive timely, effective implementation.
• Strengthen alignment of business practices, procedures, and technology to KYC standards, with appropriate controls.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and regional compliance, risk, and legal stakeholders.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve policy clarity and effectiveness, and provide practical recommendations.
• Support business, policy, and technology initiatives across KYC disciplines in a complex environment.
• Advise and influence stakeholders as a KYC policy SME to shape operational execution.
