Mizuho Securities Asia Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced APAC Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional transformation across business, infrastructure and regulatory change. You will drive alignment among senior stakeholders, leverage regional capabilities, and deliver platform and business solutions that support sustainable growth and stronger controls.

Candidates should have at least 10 years in banking, with track record in Global Markets management and hands-on knowledge of

Formación

Track record in Global Markets business management or production support functions.
Hands-on knowledge of Fixed Income or Equities products is preferred.
Strong understanding of business processes, risk and controls across front, middle and back office.
Strategic and commercial acumen to translate strategy into plans.
Excellent technical, analytical and execution skills to manage multiple priorities.
