Job summary

BNP Paribas Asset Management in Hong Kong seeks a dynamic Project Leader to drive post-merger integration across APAC, coordinating with multiple functions and senior stakeholders.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage PMO governance, monitor risks, and ensure business continuity and change adoption. The 12-month assignment requires extensive project management and transformation experience within a multinational framework.

Qualifications

• Required: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, business transformation, or change management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, integration, or organization change initiatives.
• Experience in multinational corporations or global environments.
• Strong understanding of financial products, asset management processes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs independently.
• Track record of delivering projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing project governance, reporting, risk and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across APAC from scoping to post-implementation review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Manage PMO and governance activities including plans, progress updates, and leadership reports.
• Monitor project performance and risks, applying corrective actions to maintain progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies with robust mitigation plans.
• Document governance with meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and governance frameworks.
