Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to shape regional compensation and benefits strategies across APAC. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design, implement and refine programmes that align with market competitiveness and organisational goals.

The role requires 5-8 years in Compensation & Benefits/HR analytics, with strong Excel and HRIS proficiency, and proven ability to manage regional initiatives across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 5-8 years in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR analytics.
• Experience managing regional comp & benefits across multiple countries.
• Advanced Excel and HRIS expertise.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Commercially astute with cost considerations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR teams and business leaders to develop, implement and enhance compensation & benefits programmes regionally.
• Contribute to salary review processes, incentive plans, bonus frameworks, and regional sales commissions.
• Lead consolidation and analysis of compensation data, benchmarking, structure reviews and headcount planning.
• Support governance of employee benefits programmes across markets, ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting for people costs, monitor performance vs budgets with regular reporting.
• Manage job evaluation, mapping, organisation structure reviews and grading exercises regionally.
• Prepare regional Total Rewards dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate on strategic projects including reward harmonisation and HR transformation.
