Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Talent Partner to support learning and leadership development across APAC. You will work with APAC HR Business Partners and the Global Talent team to deliver talent initiatives and enhance the employee experience.

The role requires 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, a related degree preferred, and familiarity with assessments like MBTI/DiSC/Hogan. A hybrid work model and strong stakeholder collaboration are key.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management; works collaboratively across HR, business leaders, employee and global partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable operating independently and in a complex matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Talent activities including leadership development and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives across APAC.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to execute People Plans and talent priorities within client groups.
• Stay abreast of trends and AI-enabled learning solutions to evolve the learning agenda.
