Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a Talent Partner to join the APAC HR team and support learning and leadership development as well as employee experience programs across the region.

You will collaborate with APAC HRBPs and the Global Talent team to ensure effective delivery of talent initiatives and a positive employee experience. You will analyze talent data, leverage AI-enabled learning solutions, and help shape People Plans in a complex matrix environment across APAC.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Degree or masters in HR or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, or other assessment tools are advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management; works collaboratively across HR, business leaders, employee and global partners.
• Comfortable working in a complex matrix organisation and aware of APAC cultural nuances.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and presentations.

Job Description

The Talent Partner is part of the HR team responsible for supporting the execution of learning and leadership development and employee experience programs across APAC. This role works closely with APAC HR Business Partners and the Global Talent team to support assigned business units and/or geographic locations, ensuring the effective delivery of talent initiatives and a positive employee experience.

About the role/Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Leadership Development

• Coordinate and execute the cyclical Talent activities and support Organizational Effectiveness initiatives, including talent review, performance management, high potential development program.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute People Plans and talent priorities within assigned client groups.
• Support business leaders in implementing appropriate talent solutions.
• Consolidate local and regional feedback on Global Leadership Program and other global learning resources.
• Leverage AI tools, analyse talent and engagement data and identify key insights to support business and talent decisions.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices, and AI-enabled learning solutions, bringing innovative and practical ideas to continuously evolve the learning agenda.

Employee Experience

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of talent and employee experience initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and enhance the overall employee experience.
• Manage the annual APAC Employee Experience event calendar and end-to-end event logistics
• Review internal Employee Experience communications to ensure they are consistent and aligned with corporate direction.
• Support the implementation of APAC Employee Engagement survey and partner closely with HRBP to drive follow-up action plans based on survey feedback.

About your background:

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experiences
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree or masters in a related field (e.g. HR, psychology, organisation behaviour, coaching) preferred (but not essential if the individual has equivalent professional work experience).
• Relevant certifications such as MBTI, DiSC, Hogan or other assessment tools are advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management; works collaboratively across HR, business leaders, employee and global partners
• Comfortable working in a complex matrix organisation and aware of APAC cultural nuances.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and embrace new ideas, while staying informed of emerging trends and best practices in talent and employee experience.
• Comfortable operating independently
