Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a System Implementation & Change Management Manager to lead the deployment of Hobart across APAC within Global Banking Operations and allied units, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and adoption targets.

You will coordinate with client project managers, drive governance and KPI monitoring, and oversee training and change management to ensure a smooth transition to BAU operations across Cash Operations, Trade Services & Supply Chain, and Credit Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end rollout of Hobart across APAC sites, including demo sessions, go-live prerequisites, readiness activities, and milestone completion.
• Provide recurring project status updates to APAC leadership and global stakeholders through governance forums, scorecards, steercos, and executive reporting.
• Drive user training, change management, and adoption initiatives by communicating business benefits, developing adoption strategies, and monitoring KPIs.
