Job summary

LGT Investment Management (Asia) Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a senior professional to oversee Development of PM systems, data integrity and platform-change initiatives for high‑value client mandates.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across PM, Risk, Compliance and IT to ensure accurate investment data, IPS maintenance and governance. Ideal candidates have 7–12 years in DPM or asset operations, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and hands-on experience with Avaloq and Bloomberg

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economics, business, information systems, engineering or a related discipline; equivalent relevant professional experience considered.
• CFA/CAIA/FRM or project-management qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Minimum 7–12 years of experience in DPM, asset management or related operations.
• Proven experience in operational processing, controls, reconciliations, exceptions and escalation.
• Hands-on PM systems experience including IPS maintenance, model portfolios and fund mandates.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; familiarity with Power BI, Python, SQL, VBA is advantageous.
• Avaloq and Bloomberg PORT experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve PM data integrity, models, IPS settings and reporting.
• Lead and participate in operating-model, workflow, data, control and platform initiatives.
• Translate business needs into testable requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage workstreams, plans, risks, decisions and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate UAT, defect management, sign-offs and post-release readiness.
