Job summary

Nexus Global Pty Limited is seeking a Systems Implementation & Change Management Manager to support APAC deployment of an in-house query management and KPI monitoring platform across Global Banking Operations, Cash Operations, Trade Services & Supply Chain, and Credit Operations.

You will lead end-to-end rollout, provide governance updates to APAC leadership and Steercos, drive training and adoption, gather requirements, monitor IT developments, and ensure business continuity post go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end rollout of Hobart across APAC sites, including demos, go-live prerequisites, readiness activities, and milestone completion.
• Provide recurring project status updates to APAC leadership and global stakeholders via governance forums and executive reporting.
• Drive user training, change management, and adoption strategies by communicating business benefits and monitoring KPIs.
• Act as APAC liaison for system enhancement requests, gathering requirements for central assessment and prioritization.
• Monitor IT developments to maximize tool utilization and support decommissioning of legacy solutions.
• Ensure business continuity post go-live by addressing operational challenges and promoting best practices.

Job description

System Implementation & Change Management Manager

Support the client in implementing an in-house query management and KPI monitoring platform across all APAC locations. The primary scope covers the deployment of the solution within Global Banking Operations, including Cash Operations, Trade Services & Supply Chain, and Credit Operations. In addition, provide regional oversight and governance for the remaining APAC deployments within Global Markets Operations and offshore entity, partnering closely with client project managers to monitor implementation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment with overall program objectives, timelines, and adoption targets.

Specific responsibilities:

• Lead the end to end rollout of Hobart across APAC sites, including conducting demo sessions, communicating go live prerequisites, coordinating readiness activities, and proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of implementation milestones.


• Provide recurring project status updates to APAC leadership and global stakeholders through project governance forums, including project scorecards, steering committee meetings (Steercos), and executive reporting.


• Drive user training, communication, and change management initiatives by articulating the business benefits of new systems, developing adoption strategies, and monitoring KPIs to ensure successful transition into BAU operations.


• Act as the primary APAC point of contact for system enhancement requests, gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for submission to the central project team for assessment and prioritization.


• Monitor and track critical system enhancements and IT developments to maximize tool utilization, support continuous improvement initiatives, and facilitate the successful decommissioning of legacy solutions.


• Ensure business continuity post go-live by providing implementation support, addressing operational challenges, and promoting best practices that enhance client centric processes and user experience across the region.
