Job summary

TP ICAP Americas Holdings seeks a Risk Associate to support the Liquidnet Risk Advisory team and the APAC region. The role focuses on risk analytics, assessments, reporting and day-to-day risk activities, contributing to a strong risk culture across the division.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of risk topics, help develop recommendations, and assist in ensuring alignment with risk appetite while supporting governance and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience or internship in risk, compliance, audit, or financial services.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with risk systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Divisional Risk Advisory team by collecting data from business units, systems and reports to inform risk assessments.
• Assist in monitoring the Division's front-to-back risk profile and recommend actions to align with risk appetite.
• Contribute to accurate risk analysis and insights for stakeholders to enable informed risk-taking decisions.
• Prepare risk analysis and supporting commentary, ensuring clarity and consistency for different audiences.
• Monitor risk framework data inputs and provide clear business commentary for accuracy.
• Support compliance with the Group's Risk Management policies and framework requirements.
