Job summary

TP ICAP Group, a leading market infrastructure provider, is seeking an entry-level Risk Associate to support the Liquidnet Risk Advisory team in APAC. You will assist with data collection, risk assessments, reporting, and daily risk activities while contributing to a strong risk culture.

You will gain exposure to diverse risk topics, help prepare RCC materials, and participate in assurance reviews. A proactive, detail-focused mindset and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint are essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or internship experience in risk, compliance, audit, or financial services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with risk systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Divisional Risk Advisory team by collecting relevant data from business units, systems, and reports to inform risk assessments.
• Assist in monitoring the Division's front-to-back risk profile and recommend actions to align with risk appetite.
• Prepare risk analysis and supporting commentary for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and tailored messaging.
• Monitor and support risk framework data inputs and commentary for accuracy.
• Assist in RCC reporting, Risk Leadership Team meetings, and governance materials.
• Contribute to assurance reviews and testing documentation as needed.
• Support risk training and awareness initiatives and collaborate with regional stakeholders.
