Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a seasoned Operational Risk professional for APAC with regional responsibility. You will oversee risk identification, monitoring and control across Asia-Pacific and interact with Front Office and support units to sustain risk discipline.

The role emphasizes independent risk assessment, KRIs, risk mapping, and participation in committees, with training delivery and global coordination as part of daily duties.

Formación

• 6+ years in financial industry in a control function.
• Strong risk management knowledge and practices.
• Analytical skills in risk/control contexts.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business knowledge of Corporate Banking and Capital Markets products.
• Ability to manage large workloads and conflicting priorities.
• Ability to facilitate meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation of the Operational Risk framework in the region by ensuring risk situations in the Region are identified and under control
• Provide independent assessment and monitoring of the firm's Operational Risk profile
• Incident management and loss data collection
• Production and management of Key Risk Indicators and weekly/monthly reporting
• Management of risk mapping program and operational risk self-assessment
• Provide review and input into new product and complex transactions approval process
• Relationship management with Front Office and Support Functions
• Contribution to the Operational Risk Committees
• Deep-dive reviews, risk assessments or investigations following incidents
• Delivery of training to regional operational risk correspondents
• Coordinate with Global Operational Risk on reporting, standards or tools
• Participate in global initiatives to improve the OR framework
• Support regional initiatives from an Operational Risk perspective
• Liaison with other functions via meetings and Committees
• Support Head of Operational Risk APAC in HK
