Job summary

PIMCO in Hong Kong seeks a Regulatory Compliance Vice President to support the firm's regulatory program and compliance matters for Hong Kong with regional coverage in North Asia. You will lead monitoring, licensing, KYC/AML, audits, policy implementations, and liaison with regulators; manage staff trading reviews and marketing materials.

The role requires senior experience, bilingual English/Chinese, and an autonomous, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

10–15 years working experience in compliance and/or audit in financial services with exposure to asset management.
Degree qualified in finance/accounting/law.
Strong communication skills including bilingual English and Chinese (spoken and written preferable).
Confident, self-motivated, resourceful and able to take initiative and work autonomously.
Ability to work under pressure with good organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and administering the firm’s compliance programme across HK and North Asia.
Provide regional coordination for North Asia compliance projects.
Support regulatory and investment compliance teams in APAC on policies and regulatory implementations.
