Job summary

Osmium Consulting Group in Hong Kong seeks an senior credit professional to own the end-to-end structuring of complex deals and to mentor a regional team. You will evaluate high-yield and asset-backed credit proposals, focusing on capital structure, collateral, and downside protection across APAC.

The role requires hands-on experience in direct deal structuring for APAC-listed entities, with strong balance sheet and cash flow modeling skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on credit, lending, or structured finance experience.
• Proven track record in direct deal structuring for APAC-listed companies.
• Deep expertise in bespoke financing: Senior Secured, Mezzanine, asset-backed credit.
• Strong mastery of corporate accounting, balance sheet dynamics, cash flow modeling.
• Cross-border transaction experience across Greater China and ASEAN.

Responsibilities

• Direct ownership of structuring complex credit transactions with front-office collaboration.
• Evaluate high-yield, structured, and asset-backed credit proposals with rigorous analysis.
• Lead and mentor a regional credit team (6-7 members) and guide development.
• Identify credit risks, design recovery/enforcement strategies across jurisdictions.
• Direct cross-border transaction execution within APAC, especially Greater China and ASEAN.
