Job summary

FRED Jewelry seeks a senior leader to drive client development strategy across Asia Pacific, leading segmentation, engagement planning, budget ownership, and performance tracking. You will recruit high-value clients, oversee experience initiatives and champion service excellence within a broader loyalty agenda.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with 5–7 years in clienteling leadership within luxury fashion/jewelry and strong CRM/data analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5–7 years of managerial experience in clienteling, ideally in luxury sectors.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional client development strategy across Asia Pacific.
• Adapt global clienteling strategies to regional needs.
• Define objectives and KPIs across markets and boutiques.
• Design and execute regional CRM campaigns and client activation plans.
• Manage budgets, ROI, and data accuracy across the region.
• Support high-value client recruitment and boutique activation.
