Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a regional quality leadership executive to shape the APAC quality strategy and governance across multiple sites. You will partner with global executives, customers, and engineering teams to drive high-reliability manufacturing excellence.

The role focuses on leading customer quality management, NPI support, and continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven methods and strong problem-solving disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years quality leadership in high-reliability manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the APAC quality strategy and governance framework.
• Lead quality for NPI programs with robust planning and execution.
• Manage customer quality, including escalations and executive engagements.
• Drive site-wide quality performance and compliance across multiple locations.
• Champion operational excellence via data analytics, SPC, problem-solving, and best practices.
• Mentor site quality leaders, engineering teams, and plant leadership.
