Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for a regional role across Asia. You will monitor quality metrics, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Business, Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders to strengthen quality systems and compliance across the region.

You will review documentation, investigate issues, perform root-cause analyses, and lead corrective actions while engaging cross-functional teams and suppliers to implement process and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in quality, operations, manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain environments.
• Experience supporting process improvement, operational excellence, or quality initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Hands-on experience investigating process deviations, customer concerns, or product-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Review and maintain controlled documentation to ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.
• Investigate quality-related issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support corrective action implementation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive process and quality enhancements.
• Support management system activities and operational best practices across the organization.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and other assigned quality-related initiatives.
