Job summary
Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Quality Director for Advanced Electronics Manufacturing in APAC. You will lead quality strategy, governance, and continuous improvement across multiple sites, while championing NPI quality, customer quality management, and executive-level engagement.
The role requires 10+ years of quality leadership in electronics/manufacturing, deep knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, and Six Sigma, along with fluency in English and Chinese.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of quality leadership in electronics/manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and related quality systems.
- Proven track record supporting engineering development, NPI, and tech-driven manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute APAC quality strategy, governance framework, and CI roadmap.
- Lead customer quality management, including escalations and executive engagement.
- Drive quality across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with standards and QMS.
- Champion operational excellence via data analytics, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Mentor site quality leaders and engineering teams to hit business and quality goals.
