Michael Page partners with a well-established multinational product solutions provider to identify a Senior Quality Engineer who will strengthen quality systems, drive operational excellence, and support sustainability and compliance across Asia.

You will monitor quality metrics, review documentation, investigate issues, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive process improvements and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in quality, operations, manufacturing, sourcing or supply chain.
• Experience in process improvement, operational excellence or quality initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with drive to improve.
• Experience investigating deviations, customer concerns, or product issues.
• Knowledge of structured problem solving and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and support continuous improvement across operations.
• Review and maintain controlled documentation to align with requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive quality enhancements.
• Support management system activities and operational best practices.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and other quality initiatives.
