Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Project/Programme Manager to lead in-region delivery for a new APAC service line. You will drive end-to-end change, align with senior leaders, and manage cross-functional teams across operations, finance, technology and third parties.

The role emphasizes ownership, validated benefits, and timely execution, with focus on Cantonese exposure and regional collaboration. Hybrid working may be considered given time-zone needs.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years’ project or programme management experience, delivering to plan across multiple service lines.
• Experience delivering complex operational change across more than one APAC country.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and working with technology teams.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery planning and execution: develop, own and manage the service line delivery plan with milestones and owners.
• Governance and reporting: maintain RAIDD log, produce weekly status and Steering Group content.
• Site-wide change management: ensure readiness and communications are built into the service line plan.
• Build a repeatable approach for later markets and align with broader programme plans.
