Job summary

SHL is seeking a Project Manager – APAC (Hong Kong) to own end-to-end delivery of assessment, insight and training projects across the APAC region. The role is based in Hong Kong and involves managing timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications within a collaborative team setting.

You will lead small to mid-sized client-facing projects, coordinate with Account Managers and delivery teams, and help identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing small to medium client-facing projects.
• Familiarity with project management processes, systems and tools.
• Able to manage multiple projects under changing priorities.
• Business-level English; Salesforce proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized projects across our Professional Services portfolio end-to-end.
• Plan, organise and execute projects in line with approved timelines and budgets.
• Identify risks early and put contingencies in place to keep projects on track.
• Manage change requests and communicate their impact on schedules and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with Account Managers, Consultants and internal delivery teams.
• Support business development by spotting growth opportunities within existing projects.
• Contribute to new processes, documentation and standardisation across the team.

Project Manager – APAC (Hong Kong)

Ready to take ownership of projects that make a real difference to clients across APAC? As a Project Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of assessment, insight and training projects, keeping timelines, budgets and stakeholders on track. Based in Hong Kong, you'll join a supportive team that will help you grow from smaller projects into bigger, more complex delivery challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

What we're looking for from you

Essential

• Experience managing small to medium client-facing projects
• Familiarity with project management processes, systems and tools
• Comfortable managing multiple projects under changing priorities
• Business-level English; Salesforce proficiency required

Desirable

• Experience across professional services or assessment delivery
• Confident engaging IT, business and client stakeholders
• Interest in developing into larger, more complex projects

You’ll need full right to work in Hong Kong.
