Job summary

Reju Technology Consulting in Hong Kong is seeking an Integration Support Manager to lead our APAC operations, overseeing the end-to-end support lifecycle for integration solutions.

You will manage the integration support team, ensure SLA targets are met, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with global teams to align with enterprise standards, delivering measurable business outcomes across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in integration support or related roles.
• Experience leading integration support operations across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, messaging, and middleware/ESB technologies.
• Hands-on with API lifecycle management and Azure cloud services (APIM, Logic Apps, Functions).
• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end integration support lifecycle including incident detection, triage, escalation, resolution and closure.
• Oversee integration monitoring across cloud and hybrid environments for proactive issue detection.
• Ensure SLA targets are met and high availability of integration services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve cross-market issues.
• Lead the integration support team and mentor staff on troubleshooting best practices.
• Define and track KPIs (MTTR, first-call resolution, customer satisfaction).
• Drive post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures to reduce downtime.
