Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting for a PMC Assistant Manager/ Manager to lead production planning, scheduling and resource allocation across a regional EMS operation in APAC. The role focuses on optimizing capacity, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring on-time delivery through cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, PMC, or manufacturing operations, preferably within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of planning, inventory management, and manufacturing operations
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Open to Frequent Travel
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
