Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in marketing, 5+ years in management, and Mandarin fluency; travel as needed; bachelor’s degree; legal/BD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in marketing or business development.
• 5+ years of management experience in relevant roles.
• Fluent in Mandarin (reading/writing/speaking).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; professional services experience preferred.
• Prior legal industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing advisor to MCD, Practice Group and Market Leaders, aligning goals with growth strategies.
• Own development and stewardship of a data-driven marketing plan for the Business Unit.
• Lead the interface between practice leadership and enabling verticals to prioritize initiatives.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and marketplace trends to refine positioning.
• Define and review KPIs, translating performance data into strategic pivots.
• Ensure BU narrative aligns with the global brand and industry nuances.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver omnichannel experiences and revenue growth.
• Advocate for resources to execute the BU marketing plan at the highest standard.
• Direct and coach a high-performing BU marketing team; mentor staff.
